James Tweel

James has played a foundational role in the development of the PARS technology for digital pathology, contributing as a systems engineer at Illumisonics and as a researcher pursuing a PhD in the field. His expertise spans optics, hardware-software integration, image processing, and machine learning, with a primary focus on developing virtual staining algorithms and AI-driven solutions for PARS histology. James holds a BASc in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and is a co-inventor on several patents related to the PARS technology.
