Krystal is a Product Developer at illumiSonics and a core member of the hardware engineering team. She holds a BASc in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, where she gained diverse work experience in the medtech industry and built a strong foundation in medical device design. Since 2021, she has played a critical role in designing and testing PARS devices, focusing on mechanical, optomechanical and electromechanical systems, and is recognized as a key inventor on the consumable patent.
